Description
BPC-157 500mcg tablets from EZ Peptides: a bottle of 100 tablets with 500mcg of BPC-157 in each, for oral-route research. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide. Tablets need no reconstitution. They’re sold for laboratory research only.
About BPC-157
BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
It isn’t an approved drug in the US or Europe, and it’s on the WADA prohibited list.
BPC-157 mechanism of action
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
In cell culture it helped fibroblasts move and spread, which is part of how tissue closes a wound. Those effects are why it shows up so often in tendon, ligament and gut repair models.

What the research says about BPC-157
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.

Working with BPC-157 500mcg tablets
Each bottle has 100 tablets at 500mcg, which is 50mg of BPC-157 in total. Tablets suit oral-route studies, and they skip reconstitution, cold storage and syringes.
Keep the bottle closed, somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. No fridge needed.
BPC-157 500mcg tablets or BPC-157 vials?
We also sell BPC-157 as a powder vial, BPC-157 10mg. The vial is for injectable-route work and needs a diluent, syringes and a fridge. Tablets are for oral-route studies, and the published data for the two routes aren’t interchangeable, so pick the format that matches your protocol.
BPC-157 500mcg tablets lab testing and purity
We’ve put the lab paperwork for BPC-157 500mcg tablets in the image gallery: one Janoshik Analytical report. Each one lists the compound found, the measured amount and the HPLC purity, plus the batch number and the date the lab ran it.
Every Janoshik report has a unique key printed at the bottom. Enter it at janoshik.com/verify and you’ll see the same report straight from the lab, which is the easiest way to know a COA hasn’t been edited. Match the batch on the report with the batch on your label.
