Description
CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend puts 5mg/5mg of CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin into one sealed vial, so you reconstitute once instead of two times. It’s for laboratory research only.
What’s in the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend?
CJC-1295 no DAC: CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.
Ipamorelin: Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Novo Nordisk. It acts on the ghrelin receptor and releases GH selectively, with little effect on cortisol or prolactin.
The ratio is fixed at 5mg/5mg, so every draw from the vial has the same proportions. That’s the main reason labs buy a blend: one reconstitution, one label, no drift between separate vials.
Mechanisms behind the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend
GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.
Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

Published CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin studies
The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.
Most published human data are on the DAC version.
Raun and colleagues reported in 1998 that ipamorelin released GH in pigs and rats without raising ACTH or cortisol.
A phase 2 trial in bowel surgery patients didn’t meet its main endpoint.

CJC-1295 no DAC and Ipamorelin purity and Janoshik testing
Scroll through the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend photos and you’ll find one Janoshik Analytical test report. Each one lists the compound found, the measured amount and the HPLC purity, plus the batch number and the date the lab ran it.
CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend is sold at a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC. The reports below show the actual figure for each batch tested.
Every Janoshik report has a unique key printed at the bottom. Enter it at janoshik.com/verify and you’ll see the same report straight from the lab, which is the easiest way to know a COA hasn’t been edited. Match the batch on the report with the batch on your label.
CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend reconstitution and concentration
Here’s the math for 10mg of peptide:
- 1mL of diluent gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of diluent gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 3.33mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Research diluent solution or bacteriostatic water both work. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend storage and shelf life
Unopened, keep CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend in a fridge at 2 to 8°C, or in a freezer at -20°C if it’ll be a while before you use it. Keep it out of direct light. Once mixed, keep it refrigerated and use it within about four weeks.
