5-Amino-1MQ is a small quinolinium molecule that inhibits nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), an enzyme highly expressed in fat tissue.

- 2mL of diluent gives 25mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 16.67mg/mL
- 5mL of diluent gives 10mg/mL

Research diluent solution or bacteriostatic water both work. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
