Description
Our PDA 10mg vial holds 10mg of lyophilized PDA, a 15-amino-acid peptide closely related to BPC-157. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
About PDA
PDA stands for pentadeca arginate. It’s a 15-amino-acid peptide built on the BPC-157 sequence and supplied as an arginate salt, which is meant to make it more stable in solution than standard BPC-157 acetate.
It started showing up after BPC-157 got harder to source through compounding pharmacies in the US, and it’s mostly sold as a BPC-157 alternative.
How PDA acts in the lab
PDA is studied for the same reasons as BPC-157. In rodent work BPC-157 is linked to new blood vessel growth, to the nitric oxide system and to growth hormone receptor expression in tendon cells, all of which matter for tissue repair.
The arginate salt changes the counter-ion, not the working sequence. The idea is better stability in solution, though there’s no published head-to-head data comparing the two forms yet.

Published PDA studies
There are no peer-reviewed studies on PDA under that name. The reference literature is the BPC-157 work, most of it from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb, which reports faster tendon, muscle and gut healing in rodents.
Treat PDA as a lightly characterised research compound, and check the lab report for identity and purity before you rely on it.
The primary literature is on PubMed. Here’s a search for PDA studies to start from.
Reconstituting PDA 10mg
The volume of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1mL of diluent gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of diluent gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 3.33mg/mL
Pick the volume that keeps your own calculations simple, then write the concentration and the mixing date on the label.
Research diluent solution or bacteriostatic water both work. Add it slowly so it runs down the side of the vial, then swirl or roll until everything dissolves. Shaking can shear peptide chains. Skip it.
How to store PDA 10mg
The dry powder keeps best cold: 2 to 8°C in the fridge, or -20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
PDA purity and Janoshik testing
Scroll through the PDA 10mg photos and you’ll find three Janoshik Analytical test reports. Each one lists the compound found, the measured amount and the HPLC purity, plus the batch number and the date the lab ran it.
PDA 10mg is sold at a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC. The reports below show the actual figure for each batch tested.
Every Janoshik report has a unique key printed at the bottom. Enter it at janoshik.com/verify and you’ll see the same report straight from the lab, which is the easiest way to know a COA hasn’t been edited. Match the batch on the report with the batch on your label.
PDA 10mg bulk pricing
Buying for a longer project? PDA 10mg is available in these quantities:
- Single vial: $44.00
- 5 pack: 5 vials for $209.00 instead of $220.00, about $41.80 a vial
- 10 pack: 10 vials for $396.00 instead of $440.00, about $39.60 a vial
The packs are the same vials as the single listing, just priced lower per vial. If you know you’ll go through more than four, the 5 pack already costs less than buying them one by one.

Common questions about PDA 10mg
How much is in the PDA 10mg vial?
10mg of lyophilized powder. The amount is printed on the label.
Is there a discount for buying more?
Yes. The 5 pack saves 5% and the 10 pack saves 10% compared with buying single vials. Pick the option from the dropdown on this page.
What do I mix PDA 10mg with?
A sterile diluent such as our research diluent solution or bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution section above shows the concentration for each volume.
How should I store it?
Sealed vials go in the fridge, or the freezer for long-term storage. Once mixed, refrigerate and use within about 28 days.
Can PDA be used in people or animals?
No. It’s sold for laboratory research only and isn’t approved for human or veterinary use.
