Description
The Klow blend 80mg vial from EZ Peptides holds 80mg of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB4 and KPV combined, freeze-dried together. It’s for laboratory research only.
What’s in the Klow blend 80mg?
GHK-Cu: GHK-Cu is the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine bound to a copper ion. GHK occurs naturally in human plasma, saliva and urine, and its levels fall with age.
BPC-157: BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide based on a fragment of body protection compound, a protein first found in gastric juice. It’s one of the most widely studied research peptides, almost entirely in rodents.
TB4: TB4 is thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every cell in the body, with high levels in platelets and white blood cells. Inside the cell it binds actin, the protein that cells use to change shape and move.
KPV: KPV is the tripeptide lysine-proline-valine, the C-terminal end of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone. It keeps alpha-MSH’s anti-inflammatory activity without the pigment effects.
Klow is usually made as GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB4 and KPV at 50mg, 10mg, 10mg and 10mg, which adds up to the 80mg on the label. Because everything is freeze-dried together, the ratio can’t drift the way it can when you mix separate vials.
How the Klow blend 80mg works
GHK binds copper tightly and can deliver it to cells. Copper is a cofactor for lysyl oxidase, the enzyme that cross-links collagen and elastin, and for antioxidant enzymes.
Nobody has pinned down a single receptor for BPC-157. Lab studies point to several pathways: it raises VEGF receptor expression, which feeds blood vessel growth, it interacts with the nitric oxide system, and it increases growth hormone receptor levels in tendon cells.
Thymosin beta-4’s main job is holding on to G-actin, the building block of the cell’s internal scaffolding. By controlling how much actin is free to polymerize, it controls how cells move and change shape.
Alpha-MSH calms inflammation through melanocortin receptors. KPV is its last three amino acids and keeps much of that anti-inflammatory activity.

What the research says about Klow blend
Loren Pickart, who first isolated GHK in 1973, has published reviews of its effects on collagen synthesis, wound contraction and gene expression in cell and animal studies.
Maquart and colleagues reported that GHK-Cu increased collagen in rat wound chambers.
Most of the work comes from Predrag Sikiric’s group at the University of Zagreb. Their rodent studies report faster healing of tendon, ligament, muscle and gut injuries, and Mikus and colleagues described improved burn wound healing in mice.
Chang and colleagues reported in 2011 that BPC-157 raised growth hormone receptor expression in rat tendon fibroblasts. Controlled human data are very limited.
Goldstein and colleagues reviewed thymosin beta-4’s role in wound repair in 2012, covering faster closure of skin wounds and new blood vessel growth in animal models.
Bock-Marquette and colleagues reported in Nature (2004) that thymosin beta-4 improved heart cell survival after injury in mice.
Dalmasso and colleagues reported in Gastroenterology (2008) that KPV reduced inflammation in mouse colitis models and was taken up through PepT1.
Laroui and colleagues later packaged KPV in nanoparticles and saw similar effects in mice.

Klow blend purity and Janoshik testing
Scroll through the Klow blend 80mg photos and you’ll find one Janoshik Analytical test report. Each one lists the compound found, the measured amount and the HPLC purity, plus the batch number and the date the lab ran it.
Klow blend 80mg is sold at a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC. The reports below show the actual figure for each batch tested.
Every Janoshik report has a unique key printed at the bottom. Enter it at janoshik.com/verify and you’ll see the same report straight from the lab, which is the easiest way to know a COA hasn’t been edited. Match the batch on the report with the batch on your label.
Reconstituting Klow blend 80mg
Concentration is just the amount in the vial divided by the liquid you add. With 80mg in this vial:
- 3mL of diluent gives 26.67mg/mL
- 5mL of diluent gives 16mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Use a sterile diluent such as our research diluent solution. Warm the sealed vial to room temperature first so no condensation gets in, add the liquid slowly along the glass wall, and swirl gently until it’s clear. Never shake.
Klow blend 80mg storage and shelf life
The dry powder keeps best cold: 2 to 8°C in the fridge, or -20°C for long-term storage. After reconstitution, store it in the fridge and finish it within roughly four weeks.
Klow blend 80mg bulk pricing
You can buy Klow blend 80mg one vial at a time or in a multi-pack. The options in the dropdown are:
- Single vial: $98.00
- 5 pack: 5 vials for $465.50 instead of $490.00, about $93.10 a vial
- 10 pack: 10 vials for $882.00 instead of $980.00, about $88.20 a vial
Every vial in a pack is the same product and batch type as the single vial. The saving is the only difference, so buy the pack if your study will use them before they expire.
