Description
N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 10mg is a 10mg vial of N-Acetyl Selank Amidate, a capped Selank analog, supplied by EZ Peptides as freeze-dried powder. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
N-Acetyl Selank Amidate at a glance
N-Acetyl Selank Amidate is Selank with an acetyl group on one end and an amide on the other. Selank itself is a seven-amino-acid peptide (Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) built on tuftsin, a fragment of an antibody protein, and was developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Moscow.
The two caps protect the ends of the chain from enzymes, which is meant to make it last longer than plain Selank.
How N-Acetyl Selank Amidate works
Selank appears to work partly through the GABA system. In rats it changes the expression of genes for GABA receptor subunits and affects how the brain handles enkephalins, the body’s own opioid peptides, by slowing the enzymes that break them down.
The N-acetyl and C-amide caps are a standard trick for short peptides. Peptidases usually attack the free ends of a chain first, so capping both ends slows that breakdown.

Published N-Acetyl Selank Amidate studies
Selank is registered in Russia for anxiety. Russian studies report anxiolytic effects in rats and changes in GABA-related gene expression, and a small trial compared it with medazepam in generalized anxiety.
There’s little published work on the capped version specifically, so most of what’s known comes from the Selank literature.

N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 10mg lab testing and purity
We’ve put the lab paperwork for N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 10mg in the image gallery: three Janoshik Analytical reports. Each one lists the compound found, the measured amount and the HPLC purity, plus the batch number and the date the lab ran it.
N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 10mg is sold at a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC. The reports below show the actual figure for each batch tested.
Every Janoshik report has a unique key printed at the bottom. Enter it at janoshik.com/verify and you’ll see the same report straight from the lab, which is the easiest way to know a COA hasn’t been edited. Match the batch on the report with the batch on your label.
Reconstituting N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 10mg
The volume of liquid you add sets the concentration. For a vial holding 10mg:
- 1mL of diluent gives 10mg/mL
- 2mL of diluent gives 5mg/mL
- 3mL of diluent gives 3.33mg/mL
Go with whichever number is easiest to work with in your protocol, and label the vial with the concentration and the date you mixed it.
Most labs use sterile bacteriostatic water or our research diluent solution. Let the vial reach room temperature, run the liquid slowly down the inside of the glass, then roll it gently until the powder dissolves. Don’t shake it. Shaking can shear peptide chains.
How to store N-Acetyl Selank Amidate 10mg
Store sealed vials in the fridge (2 to 8°C) or freezer (-20°C), away from light. Mixed solution goes back in the fridge and should be used within about 28 days.
